Where do you ship from?

We ship from our studio in beautiful Berlin, Germany. 

How are my items shipped?

Your orders will be sent via DHL or German Post. Orders are ready to be shipped after successful receipt of payment. The delivery time of the order within Germany is normally 3-5 working days. Since we are still in the process of building our online shop, we ask you to bare with us, should there be delays. As soon as the goods have been handed to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation mail and a tracking number for your order.

Can I return my order? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange, should we have the desired size in stock. Please print out the invoice you received by email and enclose it with your return. Please make a note of the desired new size next to the returned items and attach it to your shipment or inform us by email (info@besonnen.co).

Unfortunately we can not pay the costs for your return postage. For the sake of the environment, it is close to us to completely avoid returns. We therefore ask you to study our size chart carefully and to follow the instructions on the individual product pages. We accept returns only within 14 days and in mint condition. Please take care of a clean and flawless returned goods. This means that the items must not be stained and must arrive us unworn with the appropriate hang tags. We can not take back articles with deodorant or make-up traces. The removal of deodorant traces from textiles in hindsight is hardly possible. A simple wipe is not effective and the residues appear after a short time again. Therefore, please pay attention to clean shoulders or clean skin without deodorant or cream before trying on. You have the possibility to contact us on weekdays between 10am and 6pm by phone (+) or anytime by email (info@besonnen.co). We are happy to answer your questions and are open to feedback on our collections. This will help us in the future to improve the products so that you are completely satisfied.
